Sharon Harmsworth, vice president of equipment at TTX Company, will be the featured speaker at next month's League of Railway Industry Women annual luncheon. The luncheon will be held Sept. 18th at the Chicago Hilton & Towers during the Railway Supply Institute's Global Railway Tech convention.
Harmsworth, who has been in the industry for more than 25 years, joined TTX in January of 2008. She previously worked as vice president of engineering and program management at Electro-Motive Diesel. Her remarks will center on maintenance planning in economically challenging times.
