Pacific Harbor Line (PHL) has appointed Stephane Perri vice president, effective January 2020. Perri will oversee PHL’s activities in the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.
Perri joined PHL in 2000 as an assistant locomotive engineer and was promoted to assistant trainmaster in 2005. He advanced to senior director of transportation in 2016, superintendent in 2017 and general superintendent in 2018.
Perri has a bachelor’s degree from La Sorbonne-Paris and completed Michigan State University's railway management certificate program.
