Parsons has appointed William Krull vice president of rail, transit and industrial systems. In his new position, Krull will oversee operation plans and programs within the Systems Division. He will be based in Parsons’ Atlanta, Ga., office.
Krull has 30 years of engineering and leadership experience and has managed portfolios of programs around the world worth nearly $4 billion. He is knowledgeable in systems such as positive train control, communication-based train control, European Railway Traffic Management Systems, and various signaling systems. He also has experience in new product development, safety assurance, and field support.
Krull has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas Technical University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
