Scale Products Company (SPC) has announced two new types of LED signals for rules training and testing.
The company said its 5' block signals for classroom use have a hand-held control box that allows the instructor to indicate any configuration, including solid, flashing, and even false signals. The high-tensile-aluminum signals can be operated from batteries for field use.
SPC has also developed a magnetic LED block signal for use on magnetic dry-erase and chalk boards (see photo inset); several units can be used together to show consecutive blocks. The units can be used on a portable signal mast as well for field training.
