Anika Sanders Cooper, Esq., has been appointed attorney-advisor for Surface Transportation Board Chairman Francis P. Mulvey.
Since summer 2006, Cooper had worked as an attorney in the board's General Counsel's Office. Before joining the STB, Cooper served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General for D.C. in the area of civil antitrust enforcement and practiced antitrust law at the law firm of Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C.
