John Ficker, former president and CEO of the National Industrial Transportation League, has joined ShipXpress Inc. as senior vice president of sales and marketing based in the Chicago area. ShipXpress provides web-based software and service solutions for railroads, rail shippers and railcar owners to improve their business processes and operations.
In addition to serving as president of NITL, the trade association representing shippers, Ficker has decades of direct transportation experience, including many years in railroad sales and marketing.
