The Timken Company has appointed Hansal N. Patel vice president, general counsel and secretary. Patel has also been elected an officer of the company, becoming the seventh officer on Timken’s leadership team.
He joined Timken as an attorney in 2011. He leads the company’s legal organization and is responsible for legal strategy, services and compliance globally. He also serves as corporate secretary for the Board of Directors.
Patel earned a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Ohio State University.
