Harsco Corp. recently promoted Robert G. Yocum to vice president and treasurer.
Yocum, who has served as assistant treasurer since 2001, will now be responsible for the Camp Hill, Pa.-company’s liquidity management, capital market activities, global treasury operations, and bank and rating agency relationships.
"Bob is thoroughly familiar with our businesses and well-respected by our financial partners,” said Barry E. Malamud, vice president and interim CFO, in the announcement. “Filling this position now with someone of Bob’s considerable experience ensures uninterrupted continuity and focus in this key area of our financial leadership structure.”
Yocum has held progressively responsible positions in Harsco’s treasury and finance organizations since joining the company in 1981. He holds a B.S. from Grove City College and an M.B.A. in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
