Daloisio, Goehri and Stout Elected to NRC Board

Three new members have been elected to the NRC’s board of directors.

They are: Joe Daloisio, track division manager for Railroad Construction Co., Inc.; Scott Goehri, senior vice president & global director of freight railroads for HDR Engineering, Inc., and Daniel Stout, vice president of STX Railroad Construction Services.

Three incumbents running to continue their service on the NRC board were also re-elected: Danny Brown, corporate equipment manager for RailWorks Corp.; Clayton Gilliland, senior project manager for Stacy and Witbeck, Inc., and Dave Minor, vice president at A&K Railroad Materials, Inc.

NRC President Chuck Baker observed that there was record high voter participation this year and the election was “extraordinarily close.”
